3 tablets are composed of: common hop (Humulus lupulus) cone extract 180mg; bulking agents: starch, fructose 330mg, sucrose 276mg; anticaking agents: silicon dioxide, calcium stearate; capsule shell: gelatin, glycerine

Recommended dosage: 1-2 capsules 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meal, wash down with a glass of water

Recommended duration of use: 8-10 weeks, treatment can be repeated in 2-3 weeks if necessary
