Herbal syrup extract with roseroot (Rhodiola), laminaria (Laminaria), valerian (Valeriana), hawthorn (Crataegus) and wild thyme (Thymus serpyllum).

Ingredients: water, sugar, valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) 180mg, midland hawthorn (Crataegus laevigata) 180mg, wild thyme (Thymus serpyllum) 180mg, laminaria (Laminaria) 120mg, roseroot (Rhodiola rosea) 90mg (corresponds to 18ml of standardised 4% rosavin extract), citric acid (acid), potassium sorbate (preservative) in a daily dose (15ml) of the preparation.

Recommended daily dosage: 1 teaspoon (ca. 5ml) 3 times a day, best to use during a meal with a drink. Recommended duration of use: 3–4 weeks
