Valeriana is one the most used herb in our history with powerful healing effects on human psyche. People used it to heal high fevers or even epilepsy in the Middle Ages. Valeriana helps to heal all nervous system disorders, psychological and mental problems, bad mental states, traumas and menopausal symptoms. It has calming, mind-blowing and cleansing effects without any sedative or buffer side effects. It is highly recommended as a remedy for the following:

1 tablet contents: magnesium carbonate 0.05004g, starch 0.02734g, talc 0.00262g (filler), valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) extract 0.02g, additives: polyvinylpylorridone, hydroxy-polymetyl cellulose (bonding agent), beet sugar, silicon dioxide (filler), titanium dioxide (food colouring), tartrazine, beeswax, parafin, sunflower oil (polishing agent)

Dosage: 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day, in case of sleep disorders 2 tablets, 30 minutes before going to bed. Therapy lasts 3 weeks, product can be also taken when it is desirable or necessary (before exam, stressed situation)

Warning: Not intended for children, pregnant women or nursing mothers. Keep out of the reach of children! Store in a dry and dark place. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
