3 capsules are composed of: linseed oil 516.3mg, grape seed oil 447.6mg, garlic extract in corn oil 420.3mg, ginkgo biloba extract in corn oil 115.8mg (corresponds to 11.6mg of a dry leaf); capsule shell: gelatin, glycerine 

Recommended dosage: 1 capsule 3 times a day, at best during meal

Recommended duration of use: 1 month, treatment can be repeated 3 times a year
