6 tablets are composed of: beer yeast autolysis 2 460mg, shilajit (mumijo) 3mg; bulking agent: lactose (dairy product); anticaking agents: silicon dioxide, calcium stearate

Recommended dosage: 2-3 tablets 2-3 times a day, at best taken with food

Recommended duration of use: 1 month, regarding longer period of administration consult a physician
