AROMATICA balm for cold (St John´s-wort and marigold)

Contains oils: St John´s-wort (Hypericum), marigold (Calendula), fir (Abies), gum tree (Eucalyptus), juniper (juniperus), thyme (Thymus), pine (Pinus), shea, cocoa, coconut, palm and carnauba wax

Ingredients: butyruspermum parkii butter, hydrogenated coconut oil, hydrogenated castor oil, lanolin, copernicia cerifera cera, stearic acid, cera alba, Abies sibirica needle oil, Eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, Elaeis guineensis oil, Calendula officinalis flower extract, Hypericum perforatum extract, Juniperus communis wood oil, Pinus mugo leaf oil, Thymus vulgaris oil phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, butylparaben, propylparaben, isobutylparaben, limonene, citronellol, linalool

How to use: Apply a small amount of balm to the area around nostrils. It can also be applied in thin layers with soft massage motions to chest and back. Cover the area with a warm towel afterwards.
Inhalation: Balm can be also inhaled. Add the balm to warm water and inhale for 15 minutes.
Bath: Balm can be added to bath.

Warning: Do not use in case of intolerance to specific components of the preparation. In case of contact with eyes or mouth cavity, rinse with plenty of water.

Storage: Store in the original package. Keep out of direct sunlight and other light sources. Store at temperatures from 5°C to 25°C.
