1 bag is composed of: beet sugar 2.53g, fructose 500mg, common marigold (Calendula officinalis) flower extract 250mg, caraway (Carum carvi) seed extract 130mg, common thyme (Thymus vulgaris leaves extract 130mg, citric acid (acid)

Recommended daily dosage: dissolve 1 bag in 50ml of hot water, can be sweetened with sugar. Take warm 2 times a day, 30 minutes before meal.

Recommended duration of use: at least 1 month
