Ingredients: dry extract in 1 tablet: motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) 100mg, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) 50mg, wild marjoram (Origanum vulgare) 50mg, peppermint (Mentha piperita) 25mg, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) 25mg, hop; fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide

Recommended dosage: 1 tablet 2 times a day during the second half of the day. In case of sleep disorders 1-2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime.

Recommended duration of use is 25 days, course can be repeated 3-4 times a year.
