Oil contains irreplaceable fatty acids and other biologically active substances. From view of the traditional Chinese medicine the white mustard seed has a warm quality and impacts the meridians of lungs and stomach.

The primary effect of this oil rests in drains away excessive moisture and mucus, casts out cold, warms up stomach, spleen and lungs, regulates qi flow and dispels swelling. In the Western medicine the white mustard seed is valued for its analgetic effect. It relieves pain, supports expectoration, is used for flatulency. Mustard seed oil relieves nasal congestion and overheats bronchi pleasantly. Externally it can be used even for treating rheumatic pain, bronchitis or pneumonia. In this case a warm oil has to be placed to the affected area. It has soothing effects and restrains inflammation during rheumatic arthritis. Seeds or oil can also be added to bath during fever, rhinitis or flu.

Mustard oil is an excellent assistant during massages, it overheats comfortably, supports circulation and stimulates blood flow. It has antifungal and antibacterial effects, keeps skin smooth and soft, hinders formation of dandruff, hair loss and maintains its natural colour.

Composition: 100% mustard seed oil (Sinapis arvensis)

Usage: It can be added to salads, sauces and other meals. Cooking is not recommended. Possible sediment is not a defect. Both internal and external usage is possible. Oil is not produced from genetically modified herbs.
